*The Breakthru Power Pass (12 and 20-Pack) must be used within 12 weeks of your initial purchase date. The 36-Pack must be used within 26 weeks of your initial purchase date.

MONDAYS/WEDNESDAYS: 6:00 - 7:00 PM (Indoors @ Bayshore Town Center - 436 W Silver Spring Dr Suite K112, Glendale, WI 53217)

SATURDAYS: 9:00 - 10:00 AM (Indoors @ Bayshore Town Center - 436 W Silver Spring Dr Suite K112, Glendale, WI 53217)

YOUR BREAKTHRU IS COMING!

INCLUDES:

  • 12, 20, or 36 private group training sessions

  • Daily accountability check-ins

BILLING/GENERAL POLICIES:

  • Billing Frequency: You will be billed once at checkout for your membership.

  • Membership Start Date: Your membership officially begins when you make your first payment.

  • Membership End Date: Your membership officially ends 12 weeks after the initial purchase date.

  • No Pauses or Extensions: Your membership cannot be paused or extended.

  • Missed Sessions: Missed sessions will not be made up or refunded.

 

COMMITMENT/CANCELLATION PROCESS:

  • Members can commit to their sessions through Instagram (@breakthru_fit). To cancel your session, please email (breakthrumke@gmail.com) directly. 

  • For late cancellations, communication with a coach is necessary to avoid the No-Show Fee

*In case of non-commitment or late cancellation, the following fees will be applicable:

No-Show Fee: $20 (charged if a client commits but does NOT show up and does NOT communicate with a coach prior to the class time).

Late Cancellation Fee: $10 (applied if a client cancels after the specified deadline, even with prior communication).


DISCONTINUATION POLICY:

  • Notice Requirement: To discontinue your membership, please email us (at 'breakthrumke@gmail.com') a notice of cancellation at least 30 days before your next billing cycle. Instagram messages will not be accepted as a form of cancellation.

  • Billing Without Notice: Failure to provide the required 30-day notice will result in being billed for the upcoming month.

MEMBERSHIP CHANGE POLICY:

  • Notice Requirement: To upgrade/downgrade your membership, please email us (at 'breakthrumke@gmail.com') a notice of a membership change at least 30 days before your next billing cycle. Instagram messages will not be accepted as a form of cancellation.

  • Billing Without Notice: Failure to provide the required 30-day notice will result in being billed for the upcoming month.
