BILLING/GENERAL POLICIES:

Billing Frequency: You will be billed once at checkout for your membership.

Membership Start Date: Your membership officially begins when you make your first payment.

Membership End Date: Your membership officially ends 12 weeks after the initial purchase date.

No Pauses or Extensions: Your membership cannot be paused or extended.

Missed Sessions: Missed sessions will not be made up or refunded.
COMMITMENT/CANCELLATION PROCESS:

Members can commit to their sessions through Instagram (@breakthru_fit). To cancel your session, please email (breakthrumke@gmail.com) directly.

For late cancellations, communication with a coach is necessary to avoid the No-Show Fee.
*In case of non-commitment or late cancellation, the following fees will be applicable:
No-Show Fee: $20 (charged if a client commits but does NOT show up and does NOT communicate with a coach prior to the class time).
Late Cancellation Fee: $10 (applied if a client cancels after the specified deadline, even with prior communication).
DISCONTINUATION POLICY:

Notice Requirement: To discontinue your membership, please email us (at 'breakthrumke@gmail.com') a notice of cancellation at least 30 days before your next billing cycle. Instagram messages will not be accepted as a form of cancellation.

Billing Without Notice: Failure to provide the required 30-day notice will result in being billed for the upcoming month.
MEMBERSHIP CHANGE POLICY:

Notice Requirement: To upgrade/downgrade your membership, please email us (at 'breakthrumke@gmail.com') a notice of a membership change at least 30 days before your next billing cycle. Instagram messages will not be accepted as a form of cancellation.
