BILLING/GENERAL POLICIES:

Billing Frequency: You will be billed every 4 weeks for your membership.

Membership Start Date: Your membership begins when you make your first payment.

Pauses/Extensions: You can pause your membership (see Discontinuation/Pause Policy at the bottom) for up to 30 days. After 30 days of no reactivation, your membership will be canceled and you will be subject to any new costs if you wish to reactivate your membership. Memberships cannot be extended.
COMMITMENT/CANCELLATION PROCESS:
- Your membership requires a minimum commitment of 8 weeks.
DISCONTINUATION/PAUSE POLICY:
- Notice Requirement: To discontinue your membership, please email us (at 'lbhcoaching5@gmail.com') a notice of pause/cancellation at least 30 days before your next billing cycle to avoid being charged.
- Billing Without Notice: Failure to provide the required 30-day notice will result in being billed for the upcoming month.
