ABOUT ME
What’s up everyone, I’m Blair Hargrove aka Coach/Coach B.
My background in the fitness industry starts with sports. I started this journey as a baseball player at a young age and slowly experienced a variety of sports as well as coaches. Basketball came soon after and following that was one (yes, one) season of little league football. In the summer of 2012 (my freshman year in high school), I began strength training. Throughout high school, I noticed the hours of P90X and Insanity with a little bit of direct strength training improved my abilities in sports. I was immediately addicted. I spent most of my time watching workout videos on YouTube and copying those workouts in the gym. I noticed great progress and I unknowingly found a new passion beyond sports.
In college, I studied kinesiology and exercise science along with keeping strength training a priority. I have had a great opportunity to coach, mentor, and train powerlifters, bodybuilders, basketball, soccer, baseball, football, track, wrestlers, and MMA athletes at a variety of levels; JUCO, Division I, and professional athletes. My mentality behind training clients is to take them to the next level both physically and mentally. My main goal is not only to help people get stronger, gain confidence, and have an overall better quality of life but helping people gain independence in the gym. This is made possible by teaching them when, where, why, and how to achieve their health and fitness goals. Now, let’s go!
